Can't connect to the Internet :/ in Kali Linux

I am running Kali Linux in a Virtual Box. Everything works fine except I cant connect to the Internet, neither via USB thethering from my phone nor via my Wireless Internet at home. Has somebody an idea what I can do? My Laptop: i5 5200U, geforce 940M, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10. In the screenshot below you can see the settings I changed.

Do I need to chose a different network bridge?

    And this says ifconfig:

My actual ip adress at this time was: 89.144.221.98
yeah its pretty close though but I think I set a default eth0 ip adress... when I connect with my wireless internet at home it has a 178...... ip adress but still outputs the ip adress in the image.

And like I said I can never connect to the internet... Cant go to google, etc...

set it to NAT and it will work, and not "bridged adapter".
