I recommend CyanogenMod 12.1 typically. Next best thing is your latest stock ROM.

The latest SNAPSHOT should work great with NetHunter.

You'd want flocm if going with CyanogenMod, ex. https://idlekernel.com/nethunter/nig...60129-2016.zip
The 60 MB zips will install Kali sana chroot, which can be considered pretty stable right now.
Alternatively, there is a Kali rolling chroot you can flash (in the chroot-full or chroot-minimal folder) immediately after the device specific ~60 MB installer.

You may in some cases have better luck with the rolling chroot.
