Static ip not permanent on kali rolling
i have tried everything to get a permanent static ip address. I have edited /etc/network/interfaces.../etc/resolv.conf...enabled nm true in /etc/network/NetworkManagerconf/...tried command line but when I reboot my static ip is gone. Any advice anyone , i think without a static ip most pentests are dead and void. I guess a temp static ip when testing wont hurt as long as you use same ip address... I guess ?
