Hey im new to linux Ive used windows forever. But I decided to try somthing different as I hate windows now. So I dual booted Kali using a partition on my hard drive and also a usb drive. Install went easy no issues until It rebooted i selected the Kali gui and then it ran a few lines of script then changed size to a smaller text and ran maybe 20 lines then stops and then my screen goes black than gray. at the grey screen nothing happens so i ctrl+alt+f1 and it brings up a black screen and prompt for username so i enter root and then the password prompt comes up and it wont let me type anything. Ive tried two different packages images to no avail same thing on both. I am running windows 10 with the intel i5 core 2410m cpu, and a intel HD grapics 3000 Please help this is driving me nuts
