Hi Ozwark,
I had the same problem than you, here my solution:
- List the content of the crypttab file to get the name of the partition:
The result will look like this:Code:cat /etc/crypttab
Code:sda3_crypt UUID=e976dbf9-75d9-4e9a-b633-d1ecd6010130 none luks,discard
- In my case, the next step will be:
and it will ask you your current passphrase and the new one.Code:/sbin/cryptsetup luksChangeKey /dev/sda3
Hi Ozwark,
I had the same question than you, here my solution.
First, check which device is used:
Then, use this command:Code:# cat /etc/crypttab sda3_crypt UUID=f2a99a6b-fab4-42a9-b481-c00fb1c607ed none luks,discard
and it will ask you your current passphrase and the new one (twice).Code:# /sbin/cryptsetup luksChangeKey /dev/sda3
