When i used airmon, i found it cant kick device offline by violent. I found it is due to the encryption of wpa3. Now WPA3 is universe at anywhere, this has brought many difficulties to the infiltration work. Does WPA3 immune to all flood attack? Or is Apple have some to exploit?
WPA3 is very robust. Most of the exploits you will see ‘on the internet’ and in ‘youtube’ are proof of concept on weak encryption, typically downgraded to WEP and WPA protocols, or sometimes using WPS (those buttons you press and let devices easily connect, which often use a much simpler PIN code set up)
Later encryption standards like WPA2 and especially WPA3 are very difficult to crack, most routers or access points will simply ignore your requests when you try de-authorisation attacks and similar.
If you use a WiFi adapter in promiscous mode and capture traffic when a device is first connecting, it is, in theory, possible to decode the password by using disctionary attacks, which needs a powerful GPU and of course only works IF the password is in the dictionary.
Most routers etc these days use much more random passwords, and will rate limit you if you try and connect more than a certain number of tries, making such attacks almost pointless.
Cloning an access point can be a more successful exploit, as a client that has been connected to an access point before will ‘know’ the key and send it when setting up the connection…
So I’m not saying you shouldn’t try, just don’t expect easy results like those videos and write ups make it look;

The truth of the matter is that wifi hacking and deauthing - in the real world - does not work in most cases.
Those youtube videos are essentially digital candy vans to lure kids and young adults to the channel, but they are just staged to work.
Its a waste of time with next to no real world relevance.
And despite what every single one who ventures into this field says “its just for practice” or “its just a starting point to learn” we see those folks show up on the kali discord 3-8 times per day.. and they all vanish never to be seen once they realize that they can’t get it done.
