What have you tried: i have tried editing the boot sequencing by doing init =/bin/bash and try to troubleshoot or remove any broken packate and potetial broken package, i tried to reinstall the gdm3 , kali-linux-desktop too in recovery mode as well as in sudo startx , TTY is not even running, i tried using live boot file to chroot the root directory but binding of mount location is not able to happen , i spend my whole day searching and try stuffs , i asked various llm models too … nothing worked yet ,

Oh no! Something has gone wrong, GENOME Desktop crash error + TTY is not even working, it’s showing a black screen. I think the potential reason is the new kernel, which is not compatible with Genome Desktop,gdm

I am on the laptop MSI GF63 Thin 9SCXR , Model : MS-16R4 , intel core i7 9th gen , nvidia 4 gb graphics card ,16 gb ddr4 ram , i am on sigle boot with kali linux
