I'm facing these issue ( Oh no! Something has gone wrong. A problem has occurred and the system can't recover. Please contact a system administrator)

This completely worked for me! (But I excluded running the ‘init 3’ command).

I got this error right after installing Kali Linux, updating and upgrading all packages, and rebooting.

I believe it might have been the WiFi driver that caused this issue. I enabled my wlan connection for my Internet connection when setting up my Kali installation. Once it was fully installed, I logged into GNOME desktop and I plugged in my Ethernet cable to my laptop and updated the packages that way. When I tried to disable the WiFi connection or change any of the WiFi settings and pressed apply, it wouldn’t save and would immediately go back to what it previously was when I changed a tab in the settings menu. So, I rebooted to try and fix that but it resulted in the same error op was having.

Can you help me in this problem (oh no error system can’t recover) because I tried some ways after the steps Kali runs but in main home page there are no any application bar or task bar (in GNOME) Interface

I installed over 15 times in my VMware
Feel very frustrated

Can you tell me genuine steps to solve this error
(This error happens after the upgrade of kali when I install fresh one)

Kindly support me ,

Its usually because you didn’t follow the documentation on upgrading.. just as I said in the post you replied to.

Not some video, not some chatbot, the actual documentation.
