Issue with Kali Linux Dual Boot: GRUB Not Showing After Installation

Hi everyone

I’ve recently installed Kali Linux alongside Windows 10 in a dual-boot configuration, but after completing the installation, the GRUB bootloader isn’t showing up. When I boot the system, it goes straight to Windows without giving me the option to choose Kali.

I’ve tried re-running update-grub and even reinstalled GRUB using a live USB, but the issue persists. Is there something I’m missing in the installation process, or is there a step I can take to fix the bootloader?

Thanks in advance!

From your Windows OS, turn off the FAST BOOT option. Some devices like my Lenovo can also change the Boot order from the BIOS, letting you select the Kali boot menu before the Windows Boot Manager
