Дарова, возможно, твоя ошибка связана с подключением к виртуальной машине, если ты используешь VMware, тебе нужно изменить сетевой адаптер с NAT на Мост, если это не работает, ты можешь создать новую сеть в программе - Virtual Network settings с мостом, а не NAT, ты можешь использовать доступный для изменения адаптер - VM0. И включи виртуализацию. Я не знаю, почему эта проблема появляется в России, но она есть.
