Nvidia driver not working after dual boot

I have w11 and kali in dual boot on laptop that has 3070 rtx and integrated graphics by intel.

After booting in kali and restarting in windows, the graphical driver won’t load at all unless I wait 10 minutes with the laptop shutted down.

On windows I am getting error 43 in device manager.

This started happening after the dual boot so I am sure that the linux is at fault for conflicting drivers/not restarting the driver from scratch when shutting down/restarting.

I have tried reinstalling the driver on windows with DDU in safe mode, but the issue persists.

I have also tried to install the nvidia driver on linux (the private one, not the open-source one by following the tutorial on kali website) but nothing changed.
