Two distros on one desktop

What have you tried:Hi, every time I start my desktop, I see a list where on top of it is kali linux which I am using now, but below that, to my surprise, I also see the name of linux lite, which I was using before. My question is: How can I remove linuxlite completely, so that more space becomes available?

use a disk partitioning tool like gparted to delete the partitions that contain the old os that you’ve used and free up space

never worked with Gparted before, I will do my best. Thanks for the answer.
