If you mean the Virtual Box Kali image to run on your Windows computer, it is available from the download page;
Be advised however, that Windows may well not just download it, as it contains several hacking tools that could be used to compromise Windows systems, so you may have to allow it in Windows Defender or similar, been a while since I used Windblows.
