Why can the network card of the TK7921AU chip only capture packets in a 2.4G Wi-Fi environment, but cannot detect mobile phones in a 5G Wi-Fi environment?

I bought a network card, TK7921AU, which claims to support 2.4G, 5G and 6G. However, when I used it to capture packets, I could only capture devices connected via 2.4G Wi-Fi. My other phone connected via 5G, but it was not visible. It worked fine after I changed it to 2.4G.
Can’t catch 5G??
Or is my network card not up to par?
thank you

I also tried with Fluxion 6.12, but it could only scan the router. The phones connected to the router couldn’t be scanned. What’s going on? It shows that it’s under attack, but the phone doesn’t drop the connection.

for ‘proof of concept’ you’ll need to downgrade the router security to WEP later versions of WiFi security are not easily hackable this way, they will ignore your requests

as for 5G many devices share the same SSID and passwords for bothn 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, for the adapter to ‘see’ two networks, rename one of them to something different!
