I'm trying to install kali linux of version 2016.1 onto virtualbox and it's not working too well for me. It installs fine but when I try to boot it up it sits on a black screen for a bit and then a message that says, "Loading, please wait..." shows up. It's not allowing me to upload the log file, however, I have looked at it and right before the message shows up, the log file reads that it is disabling a number of IDT patch handlers. I'm not sure if that means anything or not. I'm not to strong on linux but I'm trying my hardest to learn. Thanks in advance.
