You have install Python 3 with apt. This is my CLI output:

python3 set to manually installed.

root@kali:~# python3
Python 3.8.6 (default, Sep 25 2020, 09:36:53)

Use the command sudo apt install python3 and install python 3. After that, you can cd into the sherlock folder and run your command, Hope this helps.
