    Post kali linux on host linuxmint19.1 32bit machine install fails

    I have installed the software package virtualbox that is shiped with the linuxmint19.1 distro 32 bit O/S
    and I have downloaded the 32bit iso of kali linux to run in virtulalbox the machine boots to the Virtualbox splash screen and
    Grub menu UEFI with Graphical Install or Install options nether option works I get an unexpected stop or crash with the message to visit the virtualbox.org/community
    web site or forums and to attach the virtualbox.log file with the png image

    This is my Machine:

    You need an older x86 version of Kali that uses an earlier kernel version 4.15.0 to match your host..

    You can run a Linux guest with an earlier kernel verion than the host is using, but you cannot do the reverse..

    create a 'Live' USB and boot Kali from that, it will run like treacle in a VM on a single core machine..
