I created a persistent 16GB USB stick with Kali 2016.1. It's running fine and I made some updates and tests.
Now I want to encrypt my existing persistent partition. Is it possible to do so without loosing my data. If yes, how to do that?
thanks!

If I remember correctly, when I encrypted the partition, I was told that all data would be overwritten. You might have to make a backup of your data, encrypt the partition, and then restore your data. Not a bad idea to make a backup anyway.
