Grub looks messed up and slow

Hello there,
I have the following problem:
I installed Kali along Windows 10 and the Grub looks like this (I am not talking about the display, I know that is a hardware issue :)):

And I would like to change the boot order so it boots to Windows 10 by default, and only 2 seconds to choose.
