Admin tools freeze on Kali Linux VM VirtualBox hosted on Windows 11

What have you tried:
Reboot VM, increase resources, other tools like CLI or wireshark work, only admin tools like folders windows or text editor get like on the picture

What is the error:

What device is this on: Windows 11 hosting Linux on VirtualBox:
Have 10 GB ram, 256 video memory, VMSVGA

FYI, the 3D acceleration option on Display for the VM causes the problem. I disabled it, and now it seems to be working.
