What have you tried: Installing GPG key, error message saying apt-key command is not found. Not sure if it is the right command but found it online (not chatgpt).

Ho eseguito il comando per wget per aggiornare la key ma mi da comunque un errore.
there was a typo in your command (it’s not “kerings” but “keyrings”), please try again

Hai ragione! Non l’avevo notato! Scusami.. ho riscritto in modo corretto ed ho risolto. Ora ho lanciato gia il comando apt-get upgrade.
