What have you tried:Something with chat gpt. I wrote the issue and he anserwed.So i copy the things he give me and past it. It doesnt works.
What is the error:I getting still some issues after trying sudo apt update and upgrade . when i write sudo apt update they give me WARNING about some Kali Linux rolling and snapshot live. And when i trying sudo apt upgrade after some ˇupgradingˇ i have to press .q. to quick ,so i press q and after like 5sec a window popped up and saying something about inetd and sslh. and there was an option to click .ok. so i clicked it and it was upgrading (i dont know if it was realy upgrading) because i get only 24 % after one hour.PLESE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE I TRYING IT TO REPAIR LIKE 4 DAYS.
What device is this on:I installed Kali Linux (Live boot) on USB Flash drive .Installed on windows 11. USB Flash drive have a 128gb. And i use Etcher. for install it to USB Flash drive.
We don’t recommend people to use AI for trouble shooting. Chances are you executed commands chatgpt gave you and it messed up things. Also the command is full-upgrade and not upgrade as mentioned in the documentation. On kali live you need to setup persistence before updating.
This is one of those cases where screenshots probably tell us more, but yes, upgrading live usb is going to be slow (btw. the way you update is not the one the documentation tells you to)
Even if you succeed though, the live usb experience will become slow permanently when you try to upgrade it. It’s possible to upgrade, but it’s really, really not meant to be a replacement for daily driver use.
