Can't do combination attacks

Hello everyone, I need help with hashcat:
my command is: hashcat -m 22001 -a 3 wifi.hc22000 rockyou.txt ?l?l?l?l?l?l?l?l

when i do that, i receive this error,
?l?l?l?l?l?l?l?l: unsupported file type.

where am i wrong? can someone help me?
