did you follow the documentation? i think your system might be broken. so it’s best to reinstall if you dont have any important stuff left on it
I already reset the computer and deleted the files on there but then I signed into my Microsoft which sync some files. but I did manage to un-sync the devices. How to I uninstall then reinstall?

Sorry I thought I typed it out. But at first everything was downloading smoothly but towards the end that’s where the problems started.

You’re right.
This is good if you don’t use the pc you want to download on. I needed more storage to download. Also make sure you have Windows Pro not Home.
