What have you tried: fprintd and i have validity sensors

What is the error: after using the fprintd-enroll i got this error
Impossible to enroll: GDBus.Error:net.reactivated.Fprint.Error.NoSuchDevice: No devices available

What device is this on: hp elitebook 840 G3 Core I5
