I can't use the broadband connection

What have you tried:broadband connection could be used on Windows

What is the error: I can only use the wireless connection.

What device is this on:a laptop

Are you dual booting?
Is Kali running in a VM?

In a VM you only have a virtual ethernet network adapter, your laptops wifi card is being used by the host (i.e. windows) and is not available to the virtual machine.

Are you dual booting?-yes
Is Kali running in a VM?-no

So this is your ethernet port that isnt functioning?
you say you have wifi…

a caveat here, depending on your wifi card, the speeds may not always be as fast as can be acheived with say windows sometimes, this is because most drivers are reverse engineered unless a manufacturer properly supports open source.

It looks like your wlan0 has been given an IP address, first thing is to try renewing the DHCP details;

I updated it but problem remains unsolved.

Do you need more info?Just notice me plz.

Not everyone here is either an admin, or here full time, you will be noticed, but your unlikely to get ‘real time’ support.

If you are dual booting, then perhaps you need to load firmware for your wifi device.
Does your device have an ethernet port you can use, or can you tether it to your mobile phone perhaps?

The problem you will have is than without any kind of internet connection, it will be difficult to update any drivers or firmware for your wifi card and that is probably what is needed.

when you tried installing kali, did you tick the use the ‘non-free’ repositories option?

to find out what chipset you have for an inbuilt wifi card;
