When I go to irc.oftc.net, it says Secure Site Not Available, but I need to find somewhere to help me with the WSL error that prevents me from using Kali, and I have not received a response to that problem here. Where do I request someone to fix irc.oftc.net?
irc.oftc.net is an irc server address. It’s not a website. You open an IRC client and use it to connect to the IRC server.
