Kali.download/kali is blocked me

Hi,

It’s been almost 24 hours that I can’t reach “https://kali.download/” with any network on my laptop and mobile phone, and the message “Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access kali.download” shows up. Because of this, I can’t update my Kali Linux using apt and apt-get update as I get a 403 error! The problem seems to be my IP; when I use a VPN or another device except for my laptop and mobile phone, the site reaches with no problems.

I don’t know what to do and I’m not sure if this is a temporary ban or not. I would appreciate any help.

Either your ISP and/or firewall is responsible for that. You can try using kali-tweaks to switch to community mirrors instead of the CF CDN. Experiment with HTTP(S) as well.

Yes the problem was my IPS, other people using same IPS reported same issue, my IPS support said they will fix it soon but I guess I will have to use a proxy or a VPN until then.
