KDE Plasma-Discover: Needing to be Discovered?

I’ve been Dinkin around with different Desktop Environments for Kali and for whatever reason I have tried what would seem to be EVERY alleged solution to get Plasma-Discover to load in the list of applications. Still nothing… I Don’t mind using the command line or Synaptic since those are the only methods of installing new packages that currently work. It would just be nice to not have to look up the installation command for everything and just be able to browse my options. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I’m sure i could just switch to xcfe or any other and all would be swell but I am determined gawd ■■■■ it! Defeat is unacceptable. I’m sure some of you understand the feeling..

Totally! Thats why I come here!
Did you try the instructions on this page:

If so, what happened?

I’ve Already attempted this method. When that was unsuccessful I decided to see if perhaps setting the experimental.user-daemons to true would help… once again to no success. I was confident that would truly do the trick. Any other suggestions?

Can you paste here the outcome of the commands you entered as per the link I gave you?
