Its looking for drivers, looks like wifi you could download the non-free fiormware archive from the debian repos and put it on a USB stick so the installer can find it when trying to install. more info here;

Dear all thank you for your support for guarding me how to solve issues
The experience I got for install kali Linux to new not on virtual box is this one when you tried to install it when your device is not connected to internet cable you will face installation issues where you will miss some software and application that why I advise each and everyone to connect device on wired cable before starting boots it.
