The answer might surprise you… look for the guide on the official website. Kali on android phones is called nethunter.

I feel compelled to ask; if the first installation already proved to be somewhat tricky, why immediately jump to the next device, involving a very different process?
If you are trying to learn about the use of Kali (or Linux, or InfoSec, or whatever the motivation), perhaps play around with that VM first. There’s plenty of material out there for every level of prior knowledge.
A running VM is a good starting point

Now I am using VMware to run the kali. it is totally a new field for me, I am starting to give the first step to it. If I met any problem, may I ask you please ?

Best practice is always to be as specific with your questions as possible! Ideally including screenshot, command output etc.
Also, generally, Kali is very well documented. Chances are, other people had the same problem that you are having, or the same questions you have, so a quick Google search might already provide an answer
