Monitor not working after dual boot Kali

Up until dual booting Kali Linux (2024.4 x86_64) my monitor (Samsung Odyssey G5 LS27AG500NUXEN) was working perfectly. I know this for a fact because I haven’t changed anything.

After booting for the first time in Kali and switching back to Windows (11) my monitor was not working. I have tried restarting it and unplugging and plugging back the HDMI (2.0) port. The monitor detected the HDMI but no signal out of the HDMI.

After a while I found out 1 fix: going into opposite OS that I want to get into, activating self-diagnosis from the monitor and then restarting into the desired OS.

I want to know why is this happening and how to fix it because it is frustrating.
