Problems with updating kali linux

I am having an issue with updating kali linux now. And it seems to be a weird issue that i don’t seem to understand.

(P.S: Ignore the virtualbox, steam, docker and sublime text stuff,)As you can see, this looks like the usual repository key problem which was just chnaged by kali in late April. So i ran the command in this terminal here.

And when running apt-get update it still gives me the gpg key error. Am i somehow misunderstanding how this works or something. I am trying to install some python packages for a new net tool and this distro keeps cracking on me.

This is not the key that was missing in Kali, honestly I do not see anything in there about a missing kali repository key.

Your errors are in a ppa repo that’s a Ubuntu repo so the next question is what have you added to your system?

You likely need to add the ppa repo sources to your sources list if you want to update without issues.

It looks like your restricting to IP v6 as well, and most repos will use an IP v4 fallback address.

And from a helpers perspective, I appreciate that a users terminal is a personal thing, but the contrast with the background in yours is not great, and it makes it very difficult to read. Perhaps use a plain background if you want to post images, or just copy / paste the actual text input and output

remove the ubuntu repo you added. You do not need to use grub-customizer to customize grub2.
