request advice on the best WIFI USB Adapter...

Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone can give me some advice, I have Kali rolling 2005 V2, with all the latest updates installed on my MAC using VMware what i would like to know is simply this which WIFI Adapter should i get Obviously i would like the latest one that supports USB 3 or 3.2 and WIFI 6 or 7 will do the trick nicely.. Now here is the big one i want one that supports Deep Packet Injection and Monitor Mode .. big ask i know

I have been looking around but not much seems to be available online, if anyone can point me in the right direction or give me a few options, that you might know of that would be fantastic..

even if it’s just the name & make of the device or a few links i would be so happy theni can make my mind up which one is best for me before i shed out loads of money on the device in question..

Kali and other distros used for pen testing, security analysis and other
monitor mode work need usb wifi adapters that have drivers
that do an excellent job of supporting monitor mode. This list of
adapters is based on many conversations and a lot of testing. There are
other adapters that may work but this list is designed to be a list of
the best adapters that are available for purchase new at this time at
reasonable prices.

Note: The adapter that best meets your needs can depend on exactly what
you plan to do so asking questions is a good idea.

Note: Specific Realtek WiFi 5 based adapters will likely be added to this
list over the next few months as testing is completed. This will likely
include adapters based on the Realtek rtl8812au, rtl8821/11au (kernel 6.14)
chips and the rtl8814au (kernel 6.15) chip. This is possible due to standards
compliant drivers being added to the rtw88 driver series with kernels 6.14
and 6.15.
