System version agent for using nethunter?

My phone is OnePlus 5T.

In the list of nethunter ROMs it says that lineageos 20 should be used. Do you mean 20 and above or 20 and below?

If not, and it must be Lineagos 20, where should I download this ROM because only version 22 is available on the official site?

lineage 20 would have been the most up to date at the time the guide was written, just use the latest version available.
