Are you trying to set up dual boot with Kali and Windows?
Balena etcher is software to write ISO images to a USB drive for a live boot and install environment, do you mean you can’t boot the USB afterwards?
You will need to disable secure boot in the computer UEFI/BIOS before Kali will boot its not a signed image!
I tried the traditional booting didn’t work. Then I used Woe USB and it worked. Also thanks for the suggestion
