Unable to launch Nethunter app on OnePlus One using LineageOS 18.1 (Android 11)

It seems like the app needs to have always allow location access in order to run otherwise it just exits. I try and launch it after granting it all permissions and superuser access and it gives me the message: “NetHunter app cannot be run properly”, Please grant all the permission requests from outside the app or restart the app to grant the rest of permissions again. I have the latest NetHunter apk installed and this is happening. Does it just not work with Android 11 due to Google’s always allow location restriction? I tried using pm grants to give it all permissions and it doesn’t work either. I don’t know what else to try.

You didn’t mention what device you are installing on.

Here are step by step instructions for installing with LineageOS 18 on a OnePlus 6T:

I said a OnePlus One

Oh sorry, I missed that.

Hate to be that gut I am also having a somewhat similar issue on the Oneplus One–I’m able to flash NetHunter via twrp and it says “successful install” but when I go to boot there’s no splash screen and seems to be no kali nethunter chroot present of the device, also Idk but I can’t even download the installer in the Nethunter store for some reason too

Did you ever find a resolution to this issue?

Sorry to be a dunce here but you’re saying the setup is still possible on the device correct? What if it’s saying Nethunter is installed in TWRP but then doesn’t load the Kali Hunter splash screen? Or If I can’t download the Nethunter installer from the Nethunter store?–Also I see that the version offered is Nethunter “lite” I’d like install the full version if that’s possible. It’s strange it’s as if some aspects of Nethunter are loaded behind the scenes on my device but I can’t see it or access it…that or it’s not acutally installing at all. I can only get it to work with TWRP for some reason Magisk fails for me
